INTRODUCTION
This 200L still is designed for small scale production of distilled alcohols. It is Ideal for producers who want to process small batches with affordable equipment. It can also be used for recipe development or special editions for more established distillers. The still can be used to create whisk(e)y, rum, brandy, vodka among other alcohols.
The boiler is manufactured using C12200 red copper, designed specifically for pressure vessels and contains 99.9% pure copper, giving excellent performance upon heat treatment.
The stainless steel column is manufactured using SUS304 food grade stainless steel offering high sanitary levels.
The material of our stills are thicker than many offered by our competitors and comes with a mirror finish resulting in a high quality product which is in our eyes a work of art.
For ease of selection, and to give a good idea of cost, these stills are supplied with the pot and column, but not the control system. The control system can be purchased separately from Bumpkin.
