The parrot is a cylindrical collection vessel which catches the distillate to get an “on-the-fly” measurement of ABV being produced. This parrot is manufactured using SUS304 food grade stainless steel. The material of our stills are thicker than many offered by our competitors and comes with a mirror finish resulting in a high quality product.
